What are people’s thoughts on trying to get a mid-week training ride going this summer?? Now that the clocks have changed, it’s a good excuse to get out on the bikes in the evening.
Would be great to get peoples thoughts on what day would suit – Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday (probably not Thursday due to the local TT’s – but that’s not to say it couldn’t be on a Thursday).
We used to do a mid-week session on the 6 mile loop by the shop that was the road race course – which is always good as if you get dropped you can double back and meet up with the group again. Other option would be to meet at the TT finish lay-by and do laps of the Latton straights.
Need thoughts on start times, duration, what people want etc.
Please note that we can’t guarantee that there will always be a member of PC staff riding – so it needs to be club effort to get it going.
